General information

I will draw:
- Human \\ Humanoid \\ Anthropomorphic;
- Any species \\ any gender;
- SFW \\ some sort of NSFW (but ask about it).

I don't draw:
- Underage, some exstrime fetish if you not sure ask about it;
- Architectural structures;
- Mecha and robots.

Form for commission me:
- Your PayPal address;
- Deadline, if you have a specific date;
- Character name and written description (if you have any);
- Description of your idea;
- Picture reference of your character. I accept only pictures reference( I can work without proper reference, but it will increase cost). And reference for clothing and pose if you have one;
- Instructions about important features: (example: eye colour, accessories, scar, tattoo, clothing).

TERMS OF SERVICE

⋆ By commissioning me you agree to these terms.
⋆ I may to not accept your commission order without any reason or explanation.
* Price may vary depending on the piece's complexity.
* If you don't want me to upload your commission in full on my social media, then you must pay 100% of its cost. Then I select only a part of the image for publication, but the full piece will remain available only to you.

PAYMENT AND REFUND
- via PayPal;
- The payment must be in USD;
- All commissions must be paid in full upfront. Payment plans may be discussed for commissions totalling over $100;
- No refunds, if work already done;
- If commission is being canceled for any reason, I will refund the money minus the amount depending on done progress.

REVISIONS
- Changes are only possible to be made in the sketch step. After starting the lineart\ render no changes in the composition can be done.
- A fee will be added if there will be changes on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

RIGHTS:
- I as an artist retain all copyrights to created artwork, unless otherwise negotiated;
- I as an artist reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online;
- The client retains the right to and ownership of their characters;
- The client may not use profit from the artwork in any way;
- The client may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purpose (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.);
- The client must credit the artist when displaying the artwork online;
- The client has possibility to purchase of commercial rights to the artwork. Details will be discussed individually.
