	TOS `When getting art from me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service as presented below. Please read this first before you send me a note to commission me.` `Artist's Rights` - By commissioning me, you are purchasing my labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to: distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. Be aware of this. - By default, I will NOT provide WIP pictures(except first sketch for approval), the commissioner however is free to request them. - I am free to reject your commission for any reason without explanation. `Commissioner` - As the commissioner you will receive a compressed image (.PNG) of any art I complete for you, not a layered document (.SAI, .PSD) - Feel free to request WIPs or updates on the commissions progress! (Please only do so once a week) - You may post your commissioned art to personal galleries with proper credit and link back to one of my own galleries. - You are allowed to crop the art within reason, for use as an icon, ect. (with credit) - You may use your commissioned art on your personal site, for banners, ect. (with credit)[/center] - You may not make copies, prints or merchandise of my work for the purpose of profit by selling it. - All commissions are for personal use only unless stated otherwise, - You may NOT claim the work as your own, trace it, make any edits or alterations to an image I have drawn for you. `Payment` - Full prepayment except large pieces(then half of the payment before the start of work and half after the approval of the sketch). - Payments are accepted via Boosty or DeviantArt - I accept tips, and they are greatly appreciated! - Any additional changes(except my mistakes) for an additional fee. `Thank you for looking over my ToS! ♡( ◡‿◡ )` What I draw: SFW, NSFW, any feral and anthro species.
