Here is what you agree to by ordering a commission from me:
► You're free you use/post your finished commission on another site. REMEMBER to give credit where it is due! If you want commercial rights to sell, please contact me.
► Do not claim the art as though you created it. Do not tamper, trace, recolor, or remove any part of my artwork. Cropping your commission to be used as a profile image or banner is allowed, please give credit if available.
► Do not use any of my artwork, paid for or not, to train an AI.
► Once I start on your commission, I will not accept fundamental changes to the commission order, like changing characters or context of image. Once I start linework, I will only allow small changes.
► Please be patient. I have other projects and real life obligations to work on as well. Wait time can be anywhere between 2-3 weeks and several months unless a deadline is specified in advance. Some deadlines may come with an additional fee.

I will require payment after I accept your commission request. I will send you an invoice, and once I see that it is paid, I'll start working on your commission. Ask about possible payment plans, the commission will not be started until all payments have been made.
You are welcome to ask for a refund anytime BEFORE I start your commission but, after the commission has been started and I sent you that first WIP, no refunds will be allowed. Chargebacks will result in immediate Black Listing and you will not be allowed to commission me again.
Please do not commission me if you cannot afford it or are having money troubles.

PROPER CONDUCT FOR COMMISSIONING ME:
I require a reference picture of your character before starting (unless I'm designing you a new character). If your character has a cutie mark I would like to have a transparent .PNG of it if you have one available.
I usually start my Illustrations at 8.5 by 11, 300 dpi, and I usually expand or crop the canvas from there to fit with composition. Please specify ahead of time if you need the final picture in any specific size if you do plan on printing the image.
I only open commissions through journals on Deviantart or Furaffinity or announcements on Twitter! Once you get a slot, I'll conduct further conversations about the commission through note or other means of communication.

You have to be 18 years or older to commission ANY art from me, whether the subject or theme is Mature or not. Please, under no circumstances, lie or falsify your age at any point while commissioning me. Failure to do so with result in immediate termination of the commission and you will be Black Listed from future commissions.

If you are commissioning me to draw someone else's character, I need explicit permission from the character's owner. I cannot do "surprise gifts" or revenge art or anything like that. Sorry!
If you want to commission art with one or more of my characters or fursona, please ask first in DMs before filling out the form. Some characters I'm okay with NSFW themes, while others I am not okay with.
