Free Adopt TOSRules for any of my free adopts given away on this account.
1. You may repost any adopt bought, but credit must be given back to me at either my adopt account here, or my main FA [chibiwings].
2. You may make small changes, including small color shifts, marking, hair, name, gender changes, etc--but please don't make drastic design alterations.
3. Free adopts/characters may NOT be sold for ANY reason. This includes if they come with extra art of any kind. You may gift or trade again, but under no circumstances may you receive profit from them or their design. If any free adopt/free character of mine is sold, I will repossess it after giving a proper warning to whomever has purchased it. [[After that it is between the people who made the transaction, I take no responsibility for money lost.]]
4. If you gift/trade an adopt by me you MUST note me telling me who the new owner is! I like to keep track of things just in case something goes wrong.

TOSAdoptable TOS
By adopting anything from me, you are agreeing to the following conditions:
1. You may repost any adopt bought, but credit must be given back to me at either my adopt account here, or my main FA [chibiwings].
2. You may make small changes, including small color shifts, marking, hair, name, gender changes, etc--but please don't make drastic design alterations.
3. If you have paid in full for your adopt, you may resell/gift/trade it, but not for more than the original price [and currency] paid unless you are including extra commissioned art [at the value of the artwork done. Free artwork does not count.] with it. If you have traded for your adopt, I would prefer ONLY trading for it, no money may be exchanged with a traded adopt. If you have been gifted an adopt by someone, you may ONLY regif it.
4. If you sell, trade, or gift an adopt by me you MUST note me telling me who the new owner is! I like to keep track of things just in case something goes wrong.
Very rarely will I do holds, so payment must be ready up front. Most of the time I will hold only if half of the adoptable is paid for beforehand.
May possibly do trades of artwork ONLY in return for adopts and customs.
Violating of these TOS will run the risk of me repossessing the adoptable without refund.
