* You're paying for a service, not a product, even if it results in a tangible product.

* You may not profit off my work unless agreed to in writing; I retain all reproduction rights, unless otherwise discussed and agreed to in writing.

* I have the right to refuse service for any reason, and always have control over what I will/will not draw. You may ask for changes at any point during the process and afterwards.

* Payment must be delivered up front before work is started, or half payment for anything over $200. Refunds will be given upon request, less the value of the work already completed at the time of request.

* I retain the right to adjust the estimated completion time depending on the situation unless a specific date was agreed to as a deadline.
