1. PRICES AND PAYMENT
● 1.1 All following prices are approximate/minimal for 1 character. Full price is determined individually considering all details and complexity.
● 1.2 Prices for YCHes are the same as the winner's bid, not considering extra edits etc.
● 1.3 Prices for edits, alternate versions, background, extra characters and other stuff are determined individually.
● 1.4 $USD only.
● 1.5 Full prepayment with EasyStaff (Stripe), Hipolink or Boosty. I start working only after I receive the payment.
● 1.6 I don't do any refunds if you changed your mind or stuff. Please, take it serious. This is also technically impossible.
● 1.7 If you make a bid on a YCH and then cancel it or make a bid and don't answer in a few days you get banned from me. Please, bid only if you're certain about it.
2. DISCUSSION
● 2.1 You can contact me on any site that showed on my FA page, but Discord is preferable.
● 2.2 Make sure you included all details, including the ref (if you don't have any pictures, but only a description, I will have to charge an extra (p.4.4) for working with it) you want to see in the pic before we start. You will have a chance to make changes on the sketch WIPs stage tho, but not too big.
Feel free to clarify details about what I can or can't draw. (p.2.3, p.2.4)
● 2.3 I DRAW: anthro and feral animals (any species), MLP, SFW and NSFW (hetero, homo, whatever). Some fetishes are okay for me, but please ask me first!
● 2.4 I DON'T DRAW: anything that breaks the laws (minors, extreme gore, NSFW with real persons and stuff), complicated backgrounds, details overloading things etc.
● 2.5 I can refuse to accept your commission without explaining. Usually I accept everything, but sometimes some ideas can seem disturbing to me (p.2.4) or out of my skills.
● 2.6 You have to be at least 18 years old for buying NSFW arts!
● 2.7 Uncommercial commishes only! If you want to use my works in commercial way, please contact me to discuss the details.
● 2.8 I don't copy other artists works/designs/characters, please don't ask me for this.
● 2.9 After we are done discussing the details, we proceed with payment (p.1.)
3. PROCESS
● 3.1 You get WIPs and feedback.
● 3.2 I don't have any deadlines, but usually it doesn't take much time. If you want to get your picture to the exact date, please tell. (p.4.2)
● 3.3 PLEASE don't rush me. I work as fast as I can, but I also have my own life to live.
● 3.4 Respect the queue. Queue is listed in the featured journal. The place in the queue is taken according to the payment date of the commission/YCH, but emergency/holiday related commissions and YCHes that were bought with AB (autobuy) get benefits and take first places in the queue.
● 3.5 Respect the artist. Don't be rude. Don't go overboard with changes, especially with the small ones. It can look small and easy for you but also be hard for me. I'm also not a robot, please remember that.
For a lot of changes I take extra payment.
● 3.6 If I don't answer you right away, please wait, I'm probably sleeping, busy or not home. I try to asnwer to everyone as fast as I can. My timezone is UTC +7.
● 3.7 After the art is done, you're allowed to post it in your gallery with all my watermarks and links only. (applies not only to customers). Note: conditional DNP on e621.
● 3.8 Don't edit my pictures and don't remove the signatures, unless I gave my permission for this. (applies not only to customers)
4. ADDITIONAL FEATURES
● 4.1 Prices for additional features are determined individually.
● 4.2 EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS - if you need to get your pic soon to the exact date; not earlier than a week!
● 4.3 PRIVATE COMMISSIONS - commissions that won't be posted anywhere and will be available only for the customer forever or unless the customer says the opposite.
● 4.4 CHARACTER DESIGN CREATION - if you don't have any pictures of your character, but really want to get one, I'm the one who can help!
● 4.5 CHARACTER REFERENCE SHEET - need to get a proper picture for your character? Easy as pie.
