Commission info and Terms of Service - ToS

General info:
- Please, communicate clearly and politely and provide clear references.
- Payments should be made in advance.
- Prior to placing your commission, it is essential to engage in a comprehensive discussion of all pertinent details.
- You must be 18 years old or older to place an order.
- Do: Safe and NSFW (Not Safe For Work), sexual themes, water sports, icons, reference sheets, dakimakuras, and badges.
- Dont: Cubs, coprophilia, humans, gore, and very complex designs.
Process:
- You can make alterations to the central idea of the piece as long as I haven't started the sketch.
- The commission process includes the following stages: Sketch, Line Art, Flat Colors, and Shading.
- During the sketch stage, you are welcome to request any changes you may require.
- Once the sketch is approved, please try to keep alterations relevant to the current stage I'm working on.
- You will receive previews of each stage, and I will proceed to the next stage only after you approve the previous one.
- All previews and final files will be shared in a Google Drive folder where you'll have full access. (Please make sure to save your commission, as I may delete the folder after one year.)
- If I missed any markings or specific details that we discussed, please let me know, and I will correct them at no additional cost.
- Upon completion, you will receive the high-resolution digital image for posting, along with any other requested variants.
- Commission completion time can range from two to three weeks after payment.
- If needed or if you prefer an earlier date, we can try to reach an agreement, though it may not always be feasible.
- In the event of any unforeseen delays, you will be promptly informed.
Payment:
- Payments can be made via PayPal, Patreon, or Pix.
- The commission will commence only upon complete payment.
- Refunds can be made within 7 days or until the commission is started, whichever comes first! So please notify me as soon as possible.
- Once the commission work has started, no refunds will be issued. |
