TOSScrappy's Terms of Service
Welcome, here, I'll tell you all about my commissioning process. Let's begin:
CONTACT:
-You can contact me via FurAffinity notes, telegram, or this mail: scrappsbox[at]gmail.com
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS:
-I work with invoices, for most pieces it's upfront full payment. For commissions that surpass $100, it's 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
-YCHs are an exception of the rule above, those must be paid upfront
-I do not offer full refunds for commissions/ych I have already started drawing, only partial refunds depending on completion stage.
-Please, do not issue refunds of chargebacks without telling me first, just let me know if you want a refund and we'll arrange something.
-No refunds for completed commissions.
-Customers who fail to pay will be blacklisted.
PROCESS:
-I will send you a considerable amount of WIP shots, the time it takes me to finish a picture at best is three-four days, one month at worst. The number of WIP shots usually coincides with the amount of revision, but this isn't always the case
REVISION POLICY (READ THIS, IT'S IMPORTANT)
-Lots of people abuse my revision policy, sadly, this means I have to be VERY strict from now on.
-Depending on style, each pic will have a number of revisions, I leave enough room to fix my mistakes, if you wanna make significant changes, please do so while the picture is still a sketch. Once it's colored, I can only change colors and small details.
Inked: 1 Edit (while in sketch phase)
Full illustration: 4 Edits (2 during sketch phase, 1 during inking, one dring coloring)
These revisions are all free, no extra charge. There will be an extra fee if you want more edits though.
RIGHTS
-As the commissioner, you have the right to post the pic anywhere you want.Customer will receive the full resolution pic, and a small one for web. You can also request the psd file if it's really necessary.
-As the artist, I reserve my rights to post this anywhere I want, and use it for prints and other merchandise.
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service.
Black list: Most specific fetishes, some notables examples being cub, diaper, scat, watersports, inflation, vore etc. I also don't draw anything political. I do not draw underage characters under any circumstances.
Might draw under certain circumstances: Mild gore, Macro
