TERMS OF SERVICEGeneral Info

I do not accept private commissions.
Commission Form
Commission forms are what I use to go back to during the entire process for price estimating, references, details, and instructions. It is very important to not only provide as much information pertaining to the subject matter of the commission, but to also be resourceful and precise!

Details:
-Poses, expressions, number of characters, background, any extra references or examples for poses, clothing or background.
Payment
Payment must be made in FULL before commission is started.
Payment is only made through PAYPAL. No exceptions.
Payment must be ready within 2 days of ordering your commission. If payment is not made within this time frame your slot can be given up to someone else. If payment is not received within 5 days, your commission will be cancelled.
Refunds
If I cannot start your commission for whatever reason or you cancel before I start you will be refunded in full payment.
I have the right to refuse work, if I cancel your commission you will be refunded in full.
If you cancel your commission after work has already been started you will receive a refund minus a fee for how much I have completed.
Artwork is non-refundable once complete.
Updates
Updates will be sent via e-mail for approval
-First will be the sketch to be approved for pose and characters details
-Second will be a color piece ready for shading for approval of the colors (you will only received if you order a cell or soft shading commission, all others will only be sent an sketch update)
Updates will vary in time depending of the difficulty or complexity of the commission, but will not take any later than a week after payment has been made. If it takes longer than a week you will be notified. Updates will not be sent if commission is streamed because you will be there live with me as I draw.
Deadlines
Commissions are done one at a time in the order they were received.
I will drop your commission if you are too inpatient. I am not a robot.
You will never have to wait longer than 2 months to receive your commission. Although I do my best to get my art done as quickly as I can and it normally doesn't take that long.
If you need your commission by a certain date for a birthday gift, anniversary, etc. I must have at least a 2 week notice
My Rights
I have the right to refuse work, for any reason.
I have the right to post and copy my work, even if it is copyright of your character.
Absolutely do NOT sell prints of my art or make money off of it in any way, shape, or form without my permission or agreement first. Trace it, or claim that you drew it. You are also not allowed to remove my signature or watermark. You may NOT slander the art or me in any way.
Your Rights
You have the right to repost any commission I have done for you to your galleries as well as edit, crop, add text, and alter the commission as long as you credit me as the artist.
You have the right to print your commission and make copies.

Simple Reference SheetThis is a cheaper option for these who are looking for a reference sheet but are on a budget. Stander commissions will include a full body front view in any pose you choose and a simple back view. Marking/tattoos are included in base price as well as a mouth view and paw/footprint.
