ToSI am reliable. I treat deadlines seriously and treat every commission very carefully!
I open for commissions via submissions and journal entries.
Please, be ready for a wait when commissioning me. Usually the deadline date I tell you is the date by which I will finish the picture for you!
By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you have read Terms of Service and agree with them.
WILL DRAW:
- Nudity and erotic, NSFW, mature and adult content. Any furry and species, ferals, people, robots, dragons, birds, insects, animals e t c. Any mechanical things, vehicles, weapons, guns, cars, ships, planes, e. t. c. Any complexion ( except super-super-huge genitals. huge are okay though), any sex and gender.
WON'T DRAW:
- super-strong violence like gore ( just bloody and brutal themes are okay though ), weird fetishes, enormous genitals ( just huge are okay though ). Ask, if unsure
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
- All prices in USD
- Paypal is the only acceptable method of payment
- Payments are taken up front and must be done within 48 hours after claiming a slot.
- Paying without informing me/preliminary discussion of your order will be considered as a donation!
- Payment plans are not available
- If a commission is canceled for any reason, I will refund 100% if I did't start working, 90% if I finished a sketch. Once sketch is approved I won't refund any money.
PROCESS
1. I take commissions via journal entry or via submission. Claiming is public. There may be 3 types of claiming. 1 - first come - first serve. 2 -via raffle. 3 - via auction. Usually, I announce the opening date of commissions in advance. I can sometimes take a few slots in between my usual schedule.
2. I'll send you a commission form. Fill it and send me a note on FA that you did it.
In case, you are completing the form more than 48 hours I free the slot. If you need more time to fill the form - it is okay, just tell me so I know you are filling it.
3. After receiving your form (and discussing details if needed) I’ll send you a paypal link.
You may choose to pay the 100% at once or 50% before colored sketch and 50% after.
Anyway the payment should be done within 48 hours
4. Within a week I'll send you a rough colored sketch so you can check it. If You want to make changes, please tell me. I will correct the changes ( no more than three times ).
I will not create any new sketches!
5. If the sketch is OK you should pay the rest of 50% within 48 hours if you didn’t pay all the price before. If you want to cancel the commission for any reason on this step, I will refund 90%.
I will not start rendering image until I received the payment
6. After the payment is done I'll start rendering the pic.
Regular deadline for this stage is 1 month. For illustrations it is 2 months! The general turnaround time for a commission is 3 months at max! If you need a special deadline, please tell me.
I won’t apply any changes for a picture after the sketch is confirmed besides correcting my misses. Correcting my misses or color mistakes is for free
After the sketch is confirmed until the work is done I will not send wips.
7.After I will finish rendering I will send you a print-size picture and a smaller version for web.
Correcting my misses, color mistakes will be fixed for free.
8. If we figured out that everything is fine, I'll post the art and you'll get your full size PNG file and the sketch of the commission.

CORRECTIONS AND CHANGES
When I show you a rough sketch you can ask for three changes besides corrections ( corrections of my misses are for free). They should be not major ( like changing the whole character pose or angle of view. Or changing a character emotion entirely ) but simple ones like changing the color of some elements or adding a necklace or something else to the picture. After the sketch is approved I won't apply any changes for an artwork ( corrections of misses are still for free ).
If you spent three free changes when I am making a sketch the next ones will be 3 USD each.
COMMISSION STATUS
When you ask for the commission I add you to the "to do" board on trello. link here: https://trello.com/b/vi5KTCnc/vertrys-to-do-list. On card of your Art you can find the commission status, commission place in the queue and the deadline.

PLACING COMMISSIONS IN QUEUE
Your commission queue place specifies how many pictures I render ahead of yours. ( To watch it - check my trello - https://trello.com/b/vi5KTCnc/vertrys-to-do-list ). How I place pictures? Firstly I discuss commission details and send you a paypal link. I start sketching your commission only after receiving the payment. The sooner I get the payment, the closer your commission will be to the first place for working on it in sketching phase. Same goes for the next rendering phase. The sooner the sketch is approved - the closer to the "first place" your picture will be.
HOW MUCH TIME I USUALLY DRAW PICTURES?
I take one week to make a rough colored sketch and then I take 1 month for rendering the picture. 2 months for an illustration. The general turnaround time for a commission is 3 months at max! If you need a special deadline, please tell me.
Since I make full-rendered detailed art and do it as a part-time Fa artist and I need much time for creating pictures. Therefore, it is rather likely that commissioning me you will get your Art closer to the deadline date than earlier. Also a lot of time your commission will just wait in the queue. If I will need more time for creating a picture for any reason I will inform you.
TERMINATION OF A COMMISSION
Ignoring my notifications will cause you to appear in my black list. If you disappear without warning two times you'll be banned for the commissions forever.
If you for some reason is unable to pay for the commission or don't reply to my messages for more than 2 weeks I behold the right to re-upload it as a YCH.
COMMERCIAL USE
Please do not steal\sell\trace\copy my artwork or characters.
You can upload a watermarked version of the artwork and use it online in any non-commercial manner. Credit or link are appreciated.
If you want to use the picture for further printing and need a higher resolution, please, inform me about it.
I reserve the right to use final image in artbooks, as prints, on patreon etc.
In case you want to keep a commission private, please note me beforehand. And it will additionally charge 20% of the commission value.
I have the right to sell rejected material (sketches, poses) at a later date.
