TERMS of SERVICE-I reserve the right to adjust prices based on complexity of request as well as level of ability.
-Tips do get more details or finer points added to art. Thank you for your patronage.
-I reserve the right to take as long as necessary to complete an image, I will provide all the necessary updates as my commissioners require.
-When doing linework for an image once the final linework is approved from you I WILL NOT be altering the linework. This means no additions or changes. These need to be done during the sketching phase.
-I reserve the right to refuse your request.
-Failure to adequately provide refs may result in artist choosing what fits best or is needed to complete the character. Please be specific in details, its okay to describe or link things similar but be throurough.
-I charge 20% extra for private work that I cannot display in my gallery. I will give a 1 month grace period (if it is a gift) and after that I will post. If you know you want it kept private, please note the 20% charge. This is to prevent large scale works of art from never getting to see the light of day, especially if I have put alot of work and love into them.
-I retain copyrights to your image unless you pay an agreed upon buy-out. Keeping copy right means I reserve the right to make and sell prints and use in my portfolio or on my website. I do not typically use commission work for merch and I will ask and gain permission before doing so. I retain copyright to use for personal advertisement, promotion and websites, as well as to stop illegal and improper use of artwork.
-If you choose not to keep a watercolor original then I reserve the right to resell the image at art shows.
-I will not draw: Scat, diapers, gore, unbirthing, vomit, urine, obscene violence, farting, excessive slobby food, cock vore.
-I require all my commissioners to email me their references NOT NOTE. I do not accept commission discussion via notes. Email at Wanderlustdragon[at]gmail.com
-For pieces costing more than $50 I require at least a partial payment up front.
For pieces costing less than $50 full payment is required.
-I reserve the right to alter the price quoted on an image for reasons of complexity.
-I use Paypal Invoices and now Square Invoices. I do not accept Cash outside of conventions. Never Checks or money orders.
-You are not allowed in any way shape or form to alter the completed images. You may use them in a collage style ref sheet but no markings, letterings of any sort may be added or altered. I will request that you remove the altered work immediate as it is copyright infringement
-Refunds: Full refunds may be given BEFORE any work has begun. Partial refunds only will be given out based on level of completion of the image. Refunds will be dealt with
outside of Paypal. Refunds will NOT be giving due to changing characters in the image, not wanting the image anymore etc. Be sure you are financially able to buy art before sending me money. Art is my income.
- TimeFrames and Deadlines: If you wish me to work within a deadline I will charge you an additional 10% of your total cost. My limit for time frames is one week. I refuse to do be put under pressure for less than that amount of time.
-Not reading my Terms of Service does not exclude you from what it entails.
By Commissioning me, agreeing upon service and sending me money, you are automatically agreeing to my TERMS OF SERVICE.
