By purchasing my work you agree to abide by my TOS

By purchasing my work you confirm that you are 18 or older.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

I require visual references for your character. I am not responsible for anything that is not made clear to me in advance, for instance, if your character on the reference has red hair but you want it to be green you must tell me before I start work.

If you don't have a reference, I can work from a description but there will be a design fee to cover changes/adjustments.

I will not sell your commission as a print or anything else unless previously discussed (example: your character appears in the background of my comic). Your character belongs to you and I feel it is important to respect that. I may post it in my galleries, put it in my portfolios, or use it as an example.

You may not sell your commission in any way. My work belongs to me. You may post it to your gallery or other site so long as my signature is on it and credit for the work is given. Once an artist creates a work they do own the copyright to that work, copyright to my work is not included in the sale and my work may not be used for any commercial purposes or for profits of any kind. (If you want it for commercial reasons you must discuss prior to commissioning)

You may request to receive in-progress updates on your commission. I will do one or two minor revisions appropriate for the stage of commission. If I am sending you the colors do not ask for the pose to be altered, you would need to ask that at the sketch stage. Major or multiple revisions may incur an additional fee unless it is a mistake I made (forgot a marking/item/etc that was clearly mentioned)

Feel free to ask for a stream of your commission! I enjoy company, and you get to watch your piece happen in real time.

Please do not edit/tweak/recolor your commissioned artwork. You may crop your commission for an icon if you wish. I understand fitting a signature into a tiny icon is tricky but please do still give credit for my work in some way. Do not add a new watermark, if you prefer a larger or smaller mark let me know and we can adjust it together before your piece is posted. (an exception could be a site-watermark such as Toyhouse, but not custom watermarks)

You are responsible for saving your commission when it is completed. Please please save your commission, you can contact me if something should happen but I cannot guarantee that I will still have it.

I will give an estimate on turn around at the time of the commission. In general, my expected turn around is within two weeks.

ADOPTS

Once purchased the character is yours to use for any personal use you like but credit for the design should be given. You may not resell for more than you paid unless you have put additional work into the character (making/commissioning artwork, writing, music, etc). I also ask that you let me know if you are selling/trading the character so I don't think it was stolen. If you want a design for commercial use, please contact me to discuss.

PAYMENT

Payments are in US dollars. I will send you an invoice for your payment, please do not simply send a payment to me.

Artwork is sold at a pre-agreed upon price, there are no discounts after purchase.

I will not begin work until payment is received in full. Partial payments may be made on commissions over $100 in price, please message me in advance to discuss.

All work is subject to additional fees for complicated character designs or subject matter, I will discuss this with you prior to your payment. This fee is intended to compensate for additional time spent, and varies based on the situation.

If I am unable to complete the work in a timely manner I will contact you regarding a refund. I do not offer refunds for work I have already done. If you have extenuating circumstances, message me to discuss options for a partial refund. Partial refunds will be given based on how much work I have completed.

I will do holds for up to 24 hours. After 24 hours from when I agree to hold the item (adopt, ych, special price spot) if you have not sent payment then the item will become available again. If you have circumstances let me know at time of purchase and we may discuss.

CONTENT

I am most comfortable with anthro, feral, and humanoid characters. Beaked and scaled characters are also fine. I am not experienced with machinery and technology, I am willing to try but if I am uncertain of my ability I may decline your commission. If you want to see an example of how I draw a species, feel free to ask if I have one.

Complex designs, props, or extra limbs (including wings) incur an additional fee due to the additional time spent.

I do not offer most NSFW commissions at this time. Skimpy outfits, suggestive behavior, and some tasteful nudity is usually okay. Violence is also fine. Please message me to discuss if you are not sure.

I do not draw other people's characters without their permission. If you would like to surprise a friend with a gift, it needs to be apparent from their page that the two of you know one another otherwise I will require permission from them. I do draw fan/game OCs. I may occasionally do some fanart characters (like Pokemon) but these are exclusively SFW.

I do offer printed and laminated badges, as well as buttons. Mailing art incurs additional post office related fees, we can discuss the different envelope/box rates to find an option that is most comfortable for you. Mailing fees are per package, not per artwork, you can put a lot of cards in one package.

Soft Sketch

Soft sketchy artwork in one color, with possible second color for 'accents' (bloodspatter, special necklace, eyes, etc).

Headshot: $6, three for $15
Half chibi: $12

Soft sketchy color may be added for a fee based on complexity, message to discuss prior to commissioning one of these.

Icon

A headshot/bust with a simple background. Commissioner will receive a larger 600x600 image, but a resized version can be provided upon request (100x100 or 50x50 are common site sizes), please let me know at time of purchase if you would like a small version as well as the larger version.

Couple icons start at $35

I offer a three icon bundle deal for $50, can be the same or different characters.

I can add a very small animation, like blinking or twinkling eyes, for an additional fee. Please let me know at the time of ordering if you would like an animation so we can discuss ^^

Colored Character

Art with focus on the character, comes with a simple cut-out background. Complex characters and props may incur additional fee. Background can be upgraded to a full or complex background, message me to discuss.

Wing-It Scene

Character artwork based on a theme. Includes character and a full background, but all work is of the artist's choice. No corrections. Additional characters, complex designs, and props incur an additional fee. Characters will be half- to full-body depending on what suits the scene.

$40 for a single character, $65 for a pair.
