Yea, great title. i'm in a hurry - gotta go cook dinner or something.
Other idea was "Willa has a happy"...Anyway. This was supposed to be up yesterday but i got stuck at work.
Pencil was from around '98 or so...pretty early - was an attempt to establish her proportions etc.
Ink is 99% from late '12, just put a couple finishing lines on last night and tonight.
i'll post a close-up in a few minutes...

Heee! The blouse does look Mexican - i hadn't noticed! (i grew-up in Los Angeles - must have been in the back of my mind) - She's a character from a comedy i'm trying to get around to doing - Takes place on another world similar to ours blahblahblah.
She's gone to be a servant in the local castle - her aunt bought some fine fabric to make Willa a dress for that - but that was when Willa was five...and then by the time Willa went to the castle the fabric didn't make much of an outfit....etc (Aunt not too bright...)
