yeah, my eyes are friggen insane, i dont even remeber the origin of them being like tha.... or wait, it was because a previous incarnations was elementally aligned to aether(not the current one) whihc was essiantial pure light and a silver blue in color(because white is lame) and shadow which was all purply
the pupils stem from light aspects depicted as more good and civil so humanoid round pupil whereas dark was seen as more predatory and so the slit pupil of a predator
