There are others who were working with Interpol like Carmelita but... one ended up betraying everyone to revive someone who was dead. Another one was dirty and well... there could be other females, we just don't see them as Carmelita is the one who has always been hot to arrest Sly and his gang till the 4th game. In each of the games Sly and Carelita have had this, "love/hate" relationship. They both liked each other but because they were on the opposite sides of the law, they could never be together until after a serious of events, Carmelita saw that Sly and his gang were actually doing a service and helping Interpol stop criminals. I would highly suggest you play the game to understand the full story.
