...I happen to find irony in the fact that you put the lion emoticon (">:3" face) on her underwear. And yet at the same time it also got a small laugh out of me. And that's...rare. I guess lions wear.. lion based underwear. So I'll immediately give you points for that one.
But moving from that for a moment...this came out pretty nicely. As this is the second picture in your gallery that's a lion aside form the first one that I said something about, I felt that I should speak on this one as well.
What I happen to like in this is that, although she's a lion, you managed to color in the spots she has upon her shoulder, hip and neck like that. I though that was pretty nicely done as it's almost as if she's part ocelot or..cheetah in some way. This and because I can't place spots or stripes onto a character to save my life as.. to this day I've still come to notice. So I can say it's nice when I see it done well on other characters.
Now, moving aside from that for a moment, I do enjoy the coloration here, that I do. As you happen to have a nice method of blending colors together as I see you did with the feet (the light tan going into the tawny color of the leg) and the chest/stomach/inner thigh portion. (Same color trick) I though it was nice because it's like the two colors..just mix together like that, yet it's as if they blur along the outline to seem like they're just staying two absolutely separate colors that don't cross. But that very..VERY subtle transition is still there. And that, I happen to call talent.
The pose is nice as..well, she IS a lion. She should look proud after all. (Yes, that's a species thing talking. ) But I suppose if I had to use a word to describe it, even though it's used mainly on men, I would have to say she looks... hearty, or stalwart. It's not like she's supposed to be a supermodel, but at the same time, it's not as if she's not attractive either. It's that..middle ground which you drew her in which I found appealing. Well, to me at least.
Now...I did catch that neon glow there and...I've come to like that, as it's one of those very few effects on Photoshop that I can accomplish myself. So it's easier for me to appreciate. That and because the background color is a simple green it happens to look like it would highlight the lion character in the foreground because it's accenting it by being a different and offset color. [Like how blue and yellow accent each other when they're also offsetting each other.]
In light of all that, coming down to it, I will honestly say that you happened to do a really good job on this here.
