This is not a request, but a gift for 
Dreamwood. :3
This be one of Dreamwood's creatures, called Neet-neves. I decided to draw something for Dreamwood cuz he's been so nice and sweet drawin' me a few things. ^.-.^
Can you believe this actually took me 2 days? :O One for drawing and inking, the other for colouring. AMAZING.
I should've read more info on these lil' guys, cuz he said they were not aquatic. ^.-.^; We'll just say that body of water there is very shallow, and the little guy was lucky catchin' a little fish, mmkay?
I do like this drawing, yes I do. :3 I didn't realize that the scanner would bring out the violet-blue around the darkened areas, almost making the lil' creature seem like he were to have a glossy or metallic sheen.
Also, I never worked with water before, so this is my first. May not be my ultimate best, but I'm content with it. :)

I actually nearly shouted out loud when I saw it, but managed to choke that feral scream in it's tracks - it's so unexpected and nice and awesome and nice of you and great and...ahem...
First of all, thanks for the effort you've put into this - the only fan-art I ever got was from those I visit in person on a regular basis. It was awesome, yes, but it's infinitely nice to get such an amazing gift form an over the border. I really appreciate it.
Second, it's not just any picture - it's a very scrupulously rendered drawing with the evident attention to reference and all that nonsense I wrote down on these species. Quality is eye-widening as well - your hallmark of refined colour handling coupled with a not-so-typical-of-you extended background, which is, while being very ascetic in hues, provides a wonderful contrast for neet-neves's chromatic profile - and I specifically want to praise your depiction of the glow-blobs. Awesome. The upper corner leaves sport a very nice veinage, too.
Lastly...I don't really know...expect some art from me - and by all means you are welcome to specify what it is you desire to see drawn.

Trust me, whenever I find a drawing of me from someone else, I had to hold back squeals. :P All that comes out of me are giggly squeaks and happy dances in my chair. XD Like some kid going to Disneyland and having all his/her dreams come true or something...
Heh, well I'm glad you love this, it was fun and interesting to make this little guy. :P Also because of it I'm learning to draw water texture, which is something I definately need to learn.
There were some extremely small areas where I forgot to add some of the glow, but they were so miniscule that I'm sure that not very many people would find them. And I'm not sweating over such small errors.
Meep, I'm so shy asking for art from others. ^.-.^;; I don't know why. A long time ago I had no fear of asking, whether it'd be a request or trade. Not sure where the change came in...
