Hey I love messy sketches, and I get what you mean cause I've used darker paper like that before, I rather enjoy it honestly. I cannot get over how beautiful she is. As Synchra said, the eyes are so intense! And I love how you are drawing her, with that beak, the expressions, the ears. I've always found it hard to draw expressions on beaks like that, but you make it look simple. Your art has grown a shit ton since I last saw it, and it was amazing then and is amazing now! I've always enjoyed your work so much and it's just so wonderful to see you posting again. I'm glad to just see YOU around again. I still love you a ton and we definitely need to talk about stuff cause I feel like an ass for not keeping in touch better but my love for you was always there.
