A Tale of Tails, C2P35 - As the heavens fall
Jesus christ you guys, you have no idea how hard it was to do this page. The technical difficulty of drawing not one, not two, but TWO AND A HALF dragons that many times, re-figuring out background elements, learning smoke physics (a little), etc, has my hand aching! And we're over two days late!
I need to go back to my normal sleep schedule, so I can keep my brain active.
Anyways, hopefully this helps bind the story a bit better than the previous page. As you can see, neither Vix nor Fen have the faintest fucking clue what they're actually doing. Just like me :D

Theehee, Vix is always so cute! Even in her half-part-form of the black-tail-dragen she's acting clumsy and innocent! Poor Fenfen! Looks like she even have to teach Vix how to be a part of their colleczive body! ^^

Considering the difference in experience when it comes oto the use of wings and who thinks that 'OW' he might have gotten the softer landing. I do hope so that this leads back to more diplomacy. Nothing against a good fight, but as most of this happened because of misunderstandings, wrong handling of the situation, surprising abilities and instinctive reactions I would love to know more about what is going on here.
I'm considering it, I gotta get a price estimate from the company I used to work for, to see if it'd be feasible to make them here so I could sign and ship them myself. I'll also need to redraw a lot of the early stuff, but that shouldn't take too much work. Either way, that's for after this chapter, I do think :)
I was reading back from the first chapter, and seeing Mister mayor agin here, I'm wondering...is this the same village Fen was chased out of?
I recall seeing a rooster there and the village was at the bottom of the mountain as well and the monastery could be seen from there... Could be awkward if they recognise Fen.
