This is a situation I've been exploring myself. The difference for me is that the parents are not wearing diapers -- rather, they look like normal adults.

It's just that they have partially regressed, mentally, into a childlike state. They are unicorns who have given birth to two much more powerful children. Falling helplessly to their daughter's anger too many times, they suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder. The big brother and the little sister are now trying to pick up the pieces.

I created a story of how this happend 19 years earlier licuddlehooves was playing with his toy (suddenly) a time portal appears little cuddles ponders whats beyond that portal cuddles thought to himself "what can be in there could it be a portal to the future where i can meet the grown up me i dont know i guess i have to find out" so cuddles leaps into the portal to see cobalt arrow his grown up self doing what he normally does at home cuddles: "hi" cobalt jumps cobalt:"WHAT THE HELL is that me from the past" cuddles looks at his future self grown potty trained and cutie marked cuddles thought he needs to be alot more better and he realised theres a cuboared full of adult diapers and suddenly picks one of them and comes to his future self and cobalt realised he is get a makover from his past self cobalt walks back and randomly gets knocked out by one of his shelves after the make over cobalt wakes up and finds out to be in a diaper and then his 2 year old self comes up and pulls a rasberry on him
