A matching set of stone gargoyle feet, based on our dragon feet. These also have the embedded mica flakes, and have the dark wash to dirty them down.

These were a lot of fun to do, though pretty labor intensive. The molds were lightly sprayed with water so they were damp, and the mica flakes sprinkled in - since the molds were damp, they stuck in place instead of just filtering to the low points. Various shades of grey latex (and one batch of tan colored latex) were then splattered in to give the mottled appearance and to hold the mica in place. I did the molds in pairs - front half and back half - an tried to line splatters up so they'd appear to continue across the mold seams. A little more mica was added after each round of splattering, so they'd come to the surface as the latex wears.
After all that, I ran the molds with a grey backing coat of latex, treating that as I would the normal first coat of latex in the molds.
After the paws came out of the molds, I roughened some of the high points of the sculpture so they'd have a more weathered look. Then they got washes and wipes with dark grey, dark brown and black to give them the look of stone that's been out in gritty urban weather and neglected for a few seasons.
