Dunno what Gilgamesh might mean, but I bet it's the lack of gaze that bothers some. Vix keeps her eyes close slitted like some very inscrutable people do, but you can guess what she's gazing at (Orphan Annie expression excepted. No guess there :P). Sha has no definitive pupils or familiar facial features so it's very hard to do that with her.

Or your perception is totally unhinged - and considering how many fragmentary hints you drop, Sha might also actually HAVE a (hidden) cute and cuddly side (i.e. you're just telling us she's crazy/not interested in... relaxing... after a hard day of treasure hunting, etc.).

2. If he hadn't been trying to FIND her breasts but groping them "directly", that would have been alright?
3. If he hadn't been drunk, he could have leaned on her without... repercussions...?
4. "Looking at her without permission"? Come on, if he had been spying on her taking a bath, beating him up would have been appropriate. But just for looking at her?
