Razvan is a very old character of mine, I used to play some dog breeding/showing sims, then they nerfed them a lot and one made it all about paying for perks and the community stank. The other? I was the only breeder of basset hounds and the corgis, you had limited spaces and litters, so it was difficult.

Razvan is a rancid/undead pembroke welsh corgi. He has flies always buzzing around him, he is smelly..because he's rancid. He enjoys the undead sort of life. Sometimes his stitches come undone. At times he's crude, rash and quite perverted. His jokes are almost nearly always of an adult nature. He was once quite polite, especially to those he cared for, now he's mostly quite rude...but it may have much to do with his rotten brain. Be careful, if he snezes, you might be sprayed with some brain matter!
