not if you look at the early gohan moments! there were a few moments where gohan lets out this 'massive' explosion of energy witch left everyone around him dumbfounded.

Mostly. Some places are a bit less lenient on it, but it depends on your natural looks. If you walk into town with your tits and ass all over the place, you're probably getting tossed out, but for Meeka and Sha, they're covered even while nude, and that's all that really matters.

Dat ass on Vix. ;D I really do love how everyone's legs are looking in this, I had a little revelation with digitigrade feet during creation. It's especially noticable on Fen's lower legs in the third panel, and quite a bit in the following two panels as well.
