Would you be okay drawin from descriptions? You gotta pretty good face refs to start off with, so I'm definitely fine with that, even if you want some changes to them. :P
I suppose those three refs are for the same character, or? The first one is rather different from the other two, so I'm a bit confused. The hair change is totally fine of course!
