This great watercolor painting of my golden jackal 'sona Auric was a $20 commission I ordered from Rokito
This painting is designed to focus less on Auric and more on the landscape, which is modeled after a field of California Poppies. Once again Rokito did a nice job of matching the background and clothing colors to the character and pose, in this case I was trying to get Auric to blend in. The feather pattern detail is amazing here, especially for watercolor. Hawk/buzzard wings have a lot of patterns so it is always impressive when an artist paints them with details. Thanks Rokito!
