Each field has a title text, and some clarification text. Cut away the clarification text when you draw. I have also purposefully left this without antialiasing for easy editing (such as if you want to select drawing inside a field).

If situations like this are not possible for your character's physique (cannot become fat or was never a child) DO IT ANYWAY, draw something you otherwise never do :3
