Heehee, I think in this scene Timothy has run out of pullups, so he's wearing a regular tape diaper under his shorts until some more can be acquired.
I find Timothy just as adorable with a diaper peeking outta his shorts, I wanna get some more with him just wearing a diaper and not pull-ups (either when his pull-ups have run out or before he begins potty-training).
