so i put it under professional detail settings

and wala

this is now a commercial piece so i have it watermarked for security

would you believe i'm only using one light source for the entire model

its a format called IES
it uses photometric data of a real light
in other words
it produces the effect of what a real lighting fixture i nthe real world would do in my renders

i used a specialized command set called photon-mapping with SWC and final gathering

it calculates soft shadows and the shinies to a higher degree of accuracy then the standard renderer built into kerkythea

i wasn't the best at chess so i had problems with it.
