After reading this silently so far, now, at page 40 I feel that I have to say something about it... so far it's a very sad, but interesting story, I like how it evolves without being forseeable at all and how more and more information and detail gets revealed. The artwork is absolutely outstanding, everything looks so believable and atmospheric. Thank you very much for sharing this with us.

+1 I love this comic too. EWS wrote a smutless comic about Nick and Judy from Zootopia and it was top notch too. What we need is good writers with good content. You, have both a good story and beautiful art.

im not competing with anyone but... after seeing 40 pages of detailed and amazing work, in a way..this seems like a movie... something bad happens in the beginning and amazing things happens later! I love the comic and the characters, by far this mad me feel sad inside...and not many people can do that..you are doing a amazing job and I can't wait to see whats next in the future!

He had seen the Promised Land and gave it over--it is the next generation that will carry on. By the way, I love the motif of the unwilling hero. He didn't want to undertake the journey--certainly not alone, but it's now fallen into his lap.

The weariness, despair, grief, and resolve to face the tomorrow's dawn radiate powerfully from this image. For this viewer, its almost like being smacked by a 2x4.

It's crazy. I've been following you as an artist for years and never read your comic. I saw pages and told myself I'd read it later and just kept putting it aside. I'm so glad that years later I'm finally reading it. Very inspiring work you do!
