When Joan and Alice asked Colleen to play predator/prey with them, she happily agreed and accompanied them out into the woods for the game, never realizing that SHE was the designated prey. While Alice distracts the big cat, Joan makes ready to grab her by the tail just as she attempts to leap. Colleen is in for a bit of a surprise.

Oh my. I guess somebody forgot that the twins are one-third weasel, and that they have all of their parents' cunning in them. I suppose she should have talked to a certain pink feather duster gryphoness before agreeing to play with them.
But I'm sure she'll be okay. Mostly.
This is an absolutely adorable little picture, and Saltypaw just does such gorgeous work! The twins are as cute as they can be and I love that big, playful, predatory smile that Colleen is wearing. Such a sly kitty! I like that she shows the handedness of each twin, too, as we had discussed earlier.

I doubt she'll have anything but her psyche scarred from this little game. Though I wouldn't guarantee it won't end up in a rough and tumble with Colleen on the bottom, being swarmed over by a couple of buzz saws.

Lucky for me, I kinda forget the last 48 hours prior to any death, so I think my sanity'd be more than okay. But it might not be a bad idea not to let 'em know, anyway, I don't wanna be responsible for traumatizing the kids, either! I don't wanna know what their mamma might do to me if I do.
Anyone who tried to hurt them wouldn't deserve any pity, if you ask me. Nobody should ever try to hurt a child! Anything you or Jessie might do to such a person would still be too lenient.

Look, I don't want to start anything, I too am lacking in tail. Of course it's fine for my species, I'm not as brave as she, facing the world with a disfigurement that many find shameful, for, I quote the great Paul Ryan on this, 'Even in these broken bodies one can find inspiring hearts.'
Colleen is lucky it's Joan too. Alice might be tempted to do more than just grab her tail.vAlice rhymes with malice and for some reason those two words have a lot o common.
