Considering what we've seen of Mis' toys so far, I think a different kind of "punishment" is much more likely. Besides, she's not inclined to judge too harshly since it's not really Fen's fault (and Fen's already feeling guilty, isn't she?).

Sex only makes babies when both parties are fertile and compatible, and while most mammals can, within reason, cross-mate, Fen has dumped her load into lots and lots of girls with no result before.

But when you add a DRAGON - well, half-dragon, actually, but the same thing applies - and (shapechanging) magic, all bets are off.

So much happened on that little adventure.

You know, I would imagine Mistress would have prepared herself for the possibility of Fen getting someone pregnant from their shrine eventually. So I don't think it would be Vix possibly being pregnant that would have Mistress starting out with those words. Not unless it happened while they were conjoined and had a romp with that dragon and produced some kind of three way hybrid that could destroy this world... Though if Vix does give birth to a god, I want it to be named Gozer.

Or Maybe it's simple fact of them able to conjoin themselves like that to fight a dragon.

Maybe she's upset with Sha Vida getting her fellow ladies into a situation with that artifact and having one of them almost killed by the other under the influence of the artifact.

Or maybe it's possible with how much Fenfen got filled up the last few couple of pages, she too managed to get herself pregnant.

A lot happened during that quest and so much could have happened while getting back here.
