Very cool to watch it in progress! What program are you drawing with! It looks like you get decent brush-like ink results. Ink has been kind a logistical block for me, between brush pens that fray easily and trying to re-find a good brush and ink since they aren't very portable. Love your work!
I used Open Canvas 1.1 for the entire drawing. I should mention though that I really don't like inking with the computer, I'll always prefer the old fashioned brush with inks on paper.
For inking I'd suggest a small sable brush and some indian black ink, used on slick paper. For quick inking I'm currently using a big brushpen (see some recent uploads), though it's a bit blotchy and not water resistant. Good thing is you can use them on normal printing paper as well, since they're so big. I'll try to buy some of those fancy Japanese brushpens soon when I have some money, I borrowed them a few times and they're really nice!
