Commission/sort-of Valentine's Day present for
Taurus-Creations of her gorgeous kitsune character, Kiyomi.
I continue to be nomadic with my style. I started with PSP7 and moved to a PSP7/9 hybrid, to SAI/PSP9, to SAI, to SAI/PS, to PS, and now to Clip Studio (formerly Manga Studio). I figured I'd try it when a Black Friday sale had a $250 highest-end copy for like $60. I like the program more than SAI, and even a bit more than Photoshop because of its ability to work right out of the box. It also has compatibility with the Surface Pro line of tablets, unlike SAI, which greatly boosted the usefulness of the tablet. All of the lines on this image were drawn with a stylus, instead of using the line tool (well, I used the line tool for the umbrella). Still trying to hone in on a consistent style, but I do like how this picture turned out.
