2 weeks after the events of Star Fox Adventures...
At the behest of their newest member, Krystal, Team Star Fox returns to the shattered remains of the planet Cerinia, where they discover a hibernation pod half buried in an asteroid, holding what appears to be a year-old foxcat cub in suspended animation. Brought onboard the Great Fox, the little tyke quickly grows attached to his new "parents", who soon discover, to their chagrin, that the baby has telepathic and telekinetic abilities similar to Krystal's own... minus the control. Chaos ensues as Fox and his pals attempt to figure out ways to keep their little charge entertained without causing major structural - and financial - damage. All the while, Krystal begins to wonder, and hope, if more of her people could have survived the planet's demise...
However, this seemingly innocuous event is soon eclipsed by a sudden attack on them from an unknown force within the Great Fox itself, who first disables ROB, and renders Peppy unconscious. To make matters worse, the infant foxcat, together with Krystal, unknowingly form a telepathic bond with the rest of the team so strong that none of them are able to move out of visual range from each other without suffering increasingly nerve-wracking emotional distress. Just who is this new foe, and does his presence have anything to do with the baby who literally refuses to let anyone out of his sight...?
Lame sketchy thingy that I did after playing too much Star Fox Adventures. XD
Akaru seems to find the worst (or best, depending on how you see it) places in which to sleep. XD
I actually ended up thinking out an entire story for this while lying in bed for an hour, trying to sleep... (Not the type to write fanfics though... heh)
EDIT: I don't write fanfics, but I couldn't resist the temptation to make a sort of synopsis... maybe it might explain why she's so awkward looking in the pic?
