I'm assuming it's going to be very bad for her self-esteem. My guess is he's cheating on/with her (I mean it's okay to be sexually open and stuff but tell eachother, yeah?) with that other person behind them in the fifth panel. He may also be a closeted gay that was only interested in her because she had a dong, which would be even more of a blow to her self-worth. Oh dear...

I think I know what comes next. So I agree with that assumption. Its not likely to end well.
- The lady back there is having words with him about his "indulgence" and Fen's arrival is going to result in him losing one potential girlfriend (or boyfriend, hard to tell) while Fen gets called quite a few unkind names.

Maybe he was... Uhm... Trying to score with another girl? Trying to score with another boy? Bragging about the fact he banged Fen? Apologizing with his girl/boy friend about the fact he spent the night with Fen?

I see all the comments saying that he was cheating on someone with Fer, or that he's cheating on Fer with someone else.
From what I see in the first panel, the top down view, I'm going to respectfully disagree with that. I think he was paid to sleep with Fer. Still a scumbag thing to do, but that's just my opinion on the matter from the perspective given. I'm hoping I'm wrong though!

well that didnt last long personally it lasted longer then i thought though the classic "leaves rose one night stand style" sorta tipped it off my guess is he's a male escort and took pity on fen so pretty much asked to sleep with her either that or he was dared either way i sense one pissed off herm doing some not so pleasurable ass raping of the violent variety soon

Two he is talking to an old friend who used to pick on Fin and wants revenge possibly. Baren is trying to cover/protect her.
I am telling myself it's the latter so to assume baren isn't s complete dusche bag for cheating on someone that cool and pretty! Baren you better not be! My other reason is he didn't say her name when saying hi so...
