Thanks for the tutorial. I really love how you identify the tools you're using. I've never heard of oil based colored pencils but now I have and I've gotta try them.
I'm wondering, the white paint ballpoint, is that jellpen? Everyone uses jellpens but they never work for me. They always get clogged or have uneven flow or just flat out won't mark on top of everything else.
