Wouldn't you know it? A sudden spurt of muzzle growth, and now this fellow's face is firmly wedged into the top of the bong. He looks a trifle disconcerted as the potent intoxicant begins to take effect on him, but Bruno 'reassures' him, with a friendly pat on the head, that everything is alright...

Not bad at all, though I think you needed to make the smoke a lighter gray... at this shade, it looks like the paper burned.
Oh, and if that's supposed to be a bear bell back there, you should know: Bear bells are basically large jingle bells, attached to your walking stick or backpack with a length of cord.

Good point re the smoke; since I still have the original, multi-layered Photoshop version, that wouldn't be hard at all to change.
Now as for that bell: it's not really there, it's a symbolic representation of the tinkling bell sound effect cartoons tend to add on when an animal's tail wags (especially a small tail like a bear's). Disney's Brother Bear did exactly that - along with a close-up of a wagging tail - at the moment Kenai finally realizes (thanks to the sensation of feeling his tail wag) he's turned into a bear. (The next shot in the film is a distant view of the forest with Kenai's scream/growl of shock echoing off way in the distance.)
As for the fellow in this picture, he's hearing that tinkling bell in his mind whenever his tail wags, an auditory hallucination accompanying and reinforcing his transformation - along with that resounding, bass drum-ba-doooooom as his stomach expands...

I REALLY should have said this much sooner, but this is probably my favorite page of this little tf sequence. I really love how his face is stuck inside the bong-thing as he's changing, also the expansion of his body looks awesome, plus the sound effects you used here are very entertaining.
