November 1st again, guys! Phew, that was quick...it really is a year already? O_o
Anyway, the time has come for the FOURTH annual Instant Proof of my own nuttiness...the "Yearbook" series project!
The X-team started in Westchester, gone to Africa, last year they've managed to wreak a havoc in Asia, today, Australia's on the menu. And since Australia's most known for endemittic animals, I chose to give every one of those guys a unique animal to possess...
To explain to those who don't know what's this sick thing all about: I've decided to remind myself every year why the hell I decided to lead local X-men fandom - X-men are tons and tons of fun and mess! And because of that, I make them a real mess with this...muhehe. And also to test if my skills made some yearly progress...
For year four, it's time for 9 characters again, which are, from left to right:
Jean "Phoenix" Grey as Macropus rufus (Red Kangaroo...hence the nickname)
Scott "Cyclops" Summers as Ornithorhynchus anatinus (a.k.a. Platypus...poor guy, always gets the worst xD)
Ororo "Storm" Munroe as Thylacinus cynocephalus (Thylacine or a Tasmanian Tyger... hell, how did I came up with this one? O.o)
James "Wolverine" Howlett" as Sarcophilus harrisii (Now, don't tell me the Tasmanian Devil ain't obvious for this guy xD)
Remy "Gambit" LeBeau as Canis Dingo (Dingo. A typicall scruffy-looking scoundrel)
Roberto "Sunspot" DaCosta as Tachyglossus aculeatus (Short-beaked Echidna...wow, english surely has funny animal names)
Kurt "Nightcrawler" Wagner as Wyulda Squamicaudata (Scaly-tailed Possum. Now it's latin who's fun to write)
Piotr "Colossus" Rasputin as Phascolarctos cinereus (Steel Koala bears really shouldn't climb trees...)
and last (and accidentally also the least in size)
Katherine "Shadowcat" Pryde as Dasyurus maculatus (Tiger Quoll, probably the most catlike australian creature)
See you nextyears in South America!
