I wonder if they are actual established "Factions" though... Like I see "FerTech", which I assume is the Engineering faction. I wonder if there is a major company or power that is representing the Military. And also I am not sure what the Company or Faction that our Alfred is apart of...
This is a really bad situation.

real talk though theoretically the gap, in reality, appeared because what was there, the fur that teleported(forgot his name sry), is no longer there. soooo, theoretically just fill the gap with what was supposed to be there. ie find missing furry and place missing furry in white orb. problem solved.
