Ah, so he would technically be link? That does sound good but to me in my opinion it sounds better that he’s a Lycanroc that is a huge fan of wolf link and so tries to look similar to wolf link design wise. Why I like this idea little better is so that way he isn’t claiming that link is his character X3
Doggett look at the color scheme for Lycanroc. https://m.bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Lycanroc If he's supposed to be Dusk form then you might have to recolor his fur.
