In my last posting I showed some of the stage/ promotional costumes worn by Melody Atherton during the Move to the Music tour for the Bad Girls album http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3167940 This time we get a chance to see some costumes worn by Isabella, Harmony, Sanchez.
One of things that has contributed to the bands success is that each one of the girls rather neatly fills an iconic role of what many folks find attractive in a woman. Fortunately for the them it's just a naturally extension of their own personalities and not some cooked up by marketing scheme!
Harmony is the tech brains of the group and along with Melody helped form the concept of the band back when they were both in college. She has helped develop most of the hardware and software that runs the bands stage system, and through Melody's careful and judicious use of patents they have made certain that band has kept control of their intellectual property.
Just as Melody encountered problems with one her outfits during the tour Harmony had hers to. The single piece latex body stocking in top right was less successful. To make the latex thin enough to hug body so nice it also made it well....um...delicate, and since it was so thin she was unable to wear any undergarments with it. This resulted in almost some truly stunning wardrobe malfunctions. Fortunately nothing truly disastrous happened but there were enough "close calls" that they decided best to retire the outfit. It did get used though for some promotional photography.

Aaaand I just took a closer look at the image, particularly the lower-right, to say nothing of all the fur showing in the upper left. Yyyyyeah, I start to definitely see how the band has a huge appeal (especially to members of the appropriate gender) even to those who aren't microphiles!
Yeah that lower right one got used as the graphics that got printed on the tour program books. It was shot taken at dress rehearsal before the band went on tour. It also got used in a couple cities as the thirty foot tall graphic hung outside the concert hall. It was stolen in Boston though and never recovered.
Actually she took it all in stride. She's from Europe, Spain in particular, and apparently they don't get sot fussy about nudity there. Isabella goes regularly to beaches where being wearing no bikini top is not out of the question, or scandalous.
Tom_Clowder and I have noted several occasions how USA is still very Puritan when it comes to nudity and sex.

Well, that's certainly true, re: Puritan attitudes. I imagine in Europe there would probably be a lot more focus on how MttM! makes their music, and the quality of that work, vice what they're wearing or not wearing or not-quite-wearing (except for the occasional perv *u_u* ) except in a similar artistic sense.
Scandalous is fun! ...but overall I'd probably want a mentally healthy, sane society. =) Unfortunately, at this time, crafting the "Mentally Healthy Civilization" is an exercise left for the reader... or rather, the author.

One of the most interesting parts of being in the group must be the girls' opportunity to "try on" the different personas that various concert tours, promotional events, etc... call for. they ever (Both in line and against type. )
Have they ever exaggerated and switched things up (smart girl, tough girl, pretty girl, savy girl swapped around between the girls?)

They did that a little in their most recent tour for the "A little bit of Magic" album. There was one song on the album called "Through another's eyes" where with a bit of video trickery, careful stage lighting, smoke/ pyrotechnics, and slight of hand the girls changed roles and outfits for a song.
