Oh, I found this sketch on a little card on my couch. I added colours and see? I'm still doing things! I'm all active and stuff. Now I must go to bed.

Good sir, those gears are simply to similar in size to make a good clock.
I like how you coloured it, one side is nice and full of bright colours while the other half is darker, and the line between the two is opposite to how the character (who is insufferably adorable) is standing (forming a sort of X) which draws my eyes to the top right of the right eye (so not perfect, as here the area between the eyes in and the watch is what I think you want us to focus on) but it's good since it makes you (i.e. me) want to see more of the image instead of being smack, here's the subject now go away and come back in time for tea.
Nice work!

Heh, the're more cogs and wheels - some drawn, others not. But I only put the lower half here because I thought that would be neat.
I usually have some sort of 'perception plan' in terms of balance of focusses in fore- and background, but in this case I was probably too feverish to care *laughs*. And really, it's not very important is it? I dare say it's a bit of technical finnicking that's typically overstated by those who'd look for that element.
Great tea is the essence of nice work! Just thought I'd share some secrets in thanks. :D

Oh yeah, I've had good Chai and I've had bad Chai. I can make a decent cup myself! When you're back in the Netherworld and find yourself in Amsterdam you should look up a pretty, cozy mini-restaurant called Foodism (it's in the Oude Leliegracht), they make a great Chai. They sometimes run out 'cause they make it fresh, but it's easier than going to India. :P
For now, India's just across the pond for me, easier than going to Neverland...
I mean Netherlands, sorry! I'm sure that there's some good chai in Amsterdam too, but run out because they make it fresh? It still is tea, even if it's made with milk, maybe they run out of milk, oh it must be that type were its left for hours for the taste to really stick, yeah that's wonderful too, though in Varanasi they made an exquisite one on the spot which tasted every bit (well, totally different taste, but just as good if you get what I mean)
I've gone and noted it down,
I'll visit it next time I'm in town

Nah, it's not the milk (I always take it with soy milk by the way!). It's just that they make their batches with fresh spices, and don't make them very big. The effect is that there's a very direct taste and that they make a new batch every five-seven days or so. Mmm. :9 If I'm ever in India I'll seek out good chai every day. It's a requirement, surely?
Well, at lest you won't get as sick from drinking Chai than from eating their curries (they give foreigners dishes with old vegetables, most can't see that the stuff is off due to the taste being hidden by all those spices, though people who eat a lot of that stuff are able to tell, and live one extra day without gastric problems).
Soy milk? That is not the way of the Indian, though I like soy milk, some things are better with the stuff that comes out of cows (in India you won't find chai made with soy milk!).

Well, to tell you the truth I've never had Chai made with soy milk, soI really can't say anything. I'll have to try making some soy chai myself now.
Though for certain things, tits are always better, be it for feeding claves or certain baked goods which just wouldn't work if substitutes are used.
Well, I doubt you'd have the will to cause pain to people.
Soy rocks, here you even eat it on a daily basis
