Joan Vandalia is Sarina's grandmother and is the wife of Count Miguel Vandalia, the head of the Vandalia Family and one of the Seven Sins (a group of seven Vandalia Family members that wield with 1 of Dracula's seven most powerful weapons. They act as Dracula's elite solders).
Though Joan seems just as cold as Dracula himself. She is actually quite kind (secretly). Being a pacifist, Joan use Wind magic to blow her enemies away.
