Legend says that when Vix opens her eyes, the end of all evil shall be at hand. Her true power, much more powerful then even Fen, shall be unleashed when she opens her eyes. Vix knows the power of her open eye self, and that is why she remains close eyed, to restrict her power and not risk hurting those around her.
