In my fursona profile, I stated that Kreev likes anime, and is skilled in mecha/powered-suit piloting.
So while looking through his collection of Gundam DVD sets, he found the ASTRAY series, as he was watching it, he saw Astray Red Frame's Power Loader it first used to wield the Gerbera Straight mecha-sized katana.
He became inspired and obsessed with building a Kreev-scale power-loader to help around the Aware Complex and on the front lines of the Aware's resistance. He of course gave it a custom paint scheme similar to his own wardrobe.
On a technical note, the big gray panel to Kreev's right slides open to reveal the manipulator for the right arm, its similar to a TTGL Gunmen manipulator in that it mounts to his arm, therefore as he moves his arm, the powered-suit's arm moves.
Oh, I forgot to mention, this is just a recolor of an already existing power loader piece. I just did the new color scheme.
