Awww dang. I saw the puppy and automatically went "HAUNTING GROUND!" XD
I have a wii? and literally only bought it really for that game, brawl, and one other game...and I don't play the other two anymore...so I feel like it was a waste of time at this point. Makes me cry sad tears :C Although I have watched some of the game play walk through on you tube and holy crap it's by far the scariest one x.x;

You didn't get to know FEAR as long as you aren't played the survival horror game known as Clock Tower (for PSX). There's a giant scissor wielding killer out to kill you, as you play different characters for each scennario. Scissormen's style creeps me out anyday. He's my only fear, even if he's just fiction. Positive thing is, that i'm really hard to scare: Scissormens owns 99,9999% of my fear. *snip-snip-snip* OMG, there He comes! RUN! >.>

Well the cutscenes and the graphic were better, but the feeling...I still preffer the first two and even the original Japan first one. In CT3 you basicly have a fighting chance, because you are a clestial-demon-*ss-kicker.
In CT1 all you can do to survive is to run&hide. Adds a major "helplessness" feeling. And scissormen is better at scaring too. CT3 tries to make you scare trough burtality...CT1 is better, as you run for your own life. Example:
In the room you are, the fax recives a message. When you pick it up, it reads: I'll kill you! And then Scissorman's scissor-snipings are getting hearable! RUN for your life! Truly frigthening. As the intro says: Fear is fascinating!

Well, he is a kid...and Tv gives you info. Even adults watch Tv. He can watch Tv as a break between two kills. He's that awesome. Anyway, nobody knows for sure,that it was, the kid-Scissorman, as there were multiple Scissormans runing around.
Also i played it only with one character, the other one was played by my ex-boyfriend. One playtrough was scary enough! I have still nightmares of him...once a year. Oh well! At least i don't get scared from anything else.

I got that the Umbrella symbol, the Cerberus and the Licker are all from Resident Evil, and I got the Pyramid Head from Silent Hill (despite having never played it), but I never found Eternal Darkness (which part is it?), and haven't played either Fatal Frame or Rule of Rose. What consoles were those for?
I can see SH's Pyramid head and mannequin, RE's Umbrella Co. logo and dog (the easiest by FAR) and Eternal Darkness' four alignment runes. I figure one of the others is one of those Japanese horror games due to the katakana, but I still don't know all of them, so I can't read if the name's on there :c
I miss good old survival horror games. It's all turned into horror action now. All the survival is gone and the horror has been reduced to cheap pop out scares these days. Good survival horror games are few and far between now, but there is always a spot on my shelf for them.
Nice. The only ones I recognize are Resident Evil, Fatal Frame, and Silent Hill, and while I don't know of the either two it seems that some other people already got to them.
It shows how iconic some of those things are since I've never played any of them ^^; Really probably should though. Dunno why I haven't (guess I'm just lazy like that >.>)
