Stick hand underneath the slider door and turn the knob on the other side.
Just to make sure there aren't any nasties on the other side, use something like your SOCOM PISTOL first.
Use it handle-first so that if there are friendlies they won't think you're trying to kill.
Also, consider getting some pants once you find them.
