Here's concept work of the clothing for various tribes of Vishnu. While many have become modernized and have moved into more urban lands many tend to wear clothing that represents their more tribal roots and traditions.
About some of the various tribes:
Mountain/Trees - These Vishnu occupy various mountlands and treelands and are separated into two subcategories depending on which area they inhabit. Their feet and hands have adapted to being able to climb effectively. Their species still retains somwhat of an ability to glide, which helps in traversing rocky or forested terrain. The forest tribes generally build their towns around the canopy of the forests.
Snowlands - Vishnu that have adapted to living in colder climates. Their feathers and fur are thicker than other tribes, which helps them retain heat in the regions they inhabit. Generally they tend to be thicker and broader than their non-snowland variants. These tribes tend to be hardy and stubborn, if a bit friendly to guests.
Desert - Vishnu that inhabit the desert regions. Quick, springy, and lithe bodies allow them to run faster than most other Vishnu (With exception to the plains variety). Their bodies are akin to raptors in structure. Many from this region tend to be oddly energetic and eccentric, as well quite a few make good pickpockets.
Oceans/Lakes - These Visnu inhabit more coastal areas or make settlements near lakes. They have a deep love for fish and their feathers are designed akin to ducks, allowing them to propel themselves underwater without being hampered. They ahve webbing along their hands and feet.
Jungle - Vishnu that inhabit the jungle. A notable feature is that their tails are prehensile and they are able to grab and manipulate objects with them. They tend to be suspicious of outsiders, even other Vishnu, though they tend to be on good terms with chatty monkey tribes or people.
Plains - Vishnu that inhabit plains and grassy regions. They are quick-footed and very suspicious of outsiders. These tribes tend to often go with war with each other.
Swamps - Vishnu that live in swamp regions. They tend to be introverted, though they aren't as suspicious or cold to outsiders as the plains and jungle tribes. Many enjoy dabbling in the arcane arts as well as tricks, and even the lowliest of these usually know a magic trick or two to entertain others. Even so, they tend to keep to themselves and generally will not be the ones to start a conversation unless something piques their interest. They tend to use their claws for fighting more often than other Vishnu variants as well.

These ones have become the most modernized, and many, though living in forested regions, tend to exist in urban areas more often. Friendly and charismatic, they are the most outgoing of the others and are ones who prosper in socializing.
