An oversized rear with oversized hips is a good sign of a very feminine form, along with large, unsupported breasts or excessively-sized nipples. Scott seems to be a male, so a pregnant Scotty would overemphasize the belly and the muscularity elsewhere, which are more masculine traits.
To each their own though. S'pose if a fella wanted to get their 'chick' on, they could have a huge, fat rear n' enormous, childbearing hips. I personally prefer the pup/cubs ta come out the groin, rather than the alternative(s).
